Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd is seeking a Production Planning Executive to support material planning, order follow-up, production scheduling, inventory control, manpower arrangement, and production documentation to ensure smooth operations and timely order fulfilment.

Based in Singapore, this on-site role requires a Diploma or above in a relevant field and experience in production planning or coordination.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Manufacturing or a related field.
• Experience in production planning, manufacturing, supply chain, or production coordination is a plus.
• Good understanding of production planning, material planning, inventory control, and manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Material planning and inventory control to ensure timely material availability.
• Coordinate with Sales, Production, Procurement and Warehouse to fulfil orders.
• Prepare production plans and review capacity; organize manpower, overtime and shift arrangements.
