Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in Production Planning
• Proficient in Excel and MS Office; Navision knowledge preferred
• Strong skills using Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint
• Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily and in a timely manner
• Independent in communication skills
• Post-graduate diploma in any engineering field related to planning and job arrangement

Responsibilities

• Ensure work orders received from Engineer are accurate and timely manner
• Maintain accurate production planning record
• Issue Purchase Requisition Order for Subcon / Plating / Heat treatment
• Coordinate with purchaser to ensure timely availability of raw material and parts for secondary (plating / heat treatment) process
• Assist in working with Production Supervisor / Manager on planning or scheduling
• Follow up closely on production order and work closely with relevant department
• Any other duties as assigned
