Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Production Planning Executive to support material planning, order follow-up, and production scheduling to ensure timely order fulfillment and smooth operations.

Responsibilities include material planning, inventory control, production documentation, and coordinating manpower and shift arrangements. Diploma or above in Engineering/Supply Chain Management is preferred, with ERP and MS Office proficiency valued.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Engineering, SCM, Operations Mgmt, Manufacturing or related field.
• Experience in production planning, manufacturing or supply chain.
• Strong knowledge of material planning, inventory control and processes.
• Able to coordinate with Sales, Production, Procurement and Warehouse.
• Proficient in MS Office; ERP/production planning systems a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan materials and manage inventory to meet production needs.
• Follow up orders with Sales and track production progress.
• Prepare production plans and coordinate manpower and shifts.
• Maintain daily production records and documentation.
