Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in manufacturing or production environment.
• Experience in production planning or coordination preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
• Coordinate with production supervisors to align manpower and machine capacity.
• Ensure all work orders are completed within planned timelines.
• Monitor job progress and highlight delays or bottlenecks.
• Liaise with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
• Track daily production output versus plan.
• Maintain accurate production records, reports, and logs.
• Support lean manufacturing and productivity improvement initiatives.

Skills

Strong organizational and time management skills

Good communication and coordination abilities

Proficient in Microsoft Excel / ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)

Basic understanding of production processes and workflows

Education
