Job summary

Responsibilities

• Ensures that the Manufacturing and Quality systems are followed by the department personnel
• Ensures safe working and good housekeeping practices through EHS programs
• Gathers data and generates reports for analysis
• Plans production operations, establishing priorities and sequences for manufacturing products
• Monitors production status and coordinates with cross-functional teams to complete work orders for on-time delivery
• Reviews work order schedule and determines priorities to ensure on-time delivery
• Evaluates manufacturing processes to ensure optimal efficiency and productivity
• Maintains smooth daily operations of the department
• Monitors and updates wastage (time & material)
• Develops and implements new methods to optimize equipment, materials and manpower
• Oversees ordering and delivery of materials and equipment, tracks inventory, and maintains records

Roles & Responsibilities

• Ensures that the Manufacturing and Quality systems are followed by the department personnel


• Ensures safe working and good housekeeping practices through the implementation of the EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) programs


• Gathers data and generates reports suitable for analyzing purposes


• Plans production operations, establishing priorities and sequences for manufacturing products.


• Monitor production status & coordinate with cross-functional teams to complete work order for on-time delivery


• Review work order schedule and determine priorities & schedule to ensure on-time delivery


• Evaluate all aspects of the manufacturing processes to ensure optimal efficiency & productivity


• Ensures smoothness in daily operations of department, including others


• Monitors and updates on the operations' wastages (time & material)


• Develop and implement new and improved methods for optimizing the use of equipment, materials and manpower.


• Oversee the ordering and delivery of materials and equipment, track inventory, and maintain purchase records.

Experience, Qualification & Education

• Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
  OR


• 2 years of relevant experience
