Job summary

Ardentec Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Production Planning/Customer Service professional to coordinate production delivery and liaise with customers and production teams. You will monitor schedules, evaluate test capacity, and support inventory control to meet delivery commitments.

The role requires Mandarin communication with Chinese counterparts, a diploma in a relevant field, 1–2 years of experience in Production Planning or Customer Service, ERP experience (Oracle/SAP), MS Office

Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Production and Delivery


• Liaise with customers, production team and other respective departments onshipping target schedule


• Evaluate test capacity, arrange and schedule production priority


• Monitor production status to ensure delivery commitment as per sales order


• Evaluate usage of consumable materials to prepare and support production requirements


• Responsible for inventory control and cycle time


• Follow up with Logistics team on inventory flow


• Assist in ongoing projects to meet business goals, revenue and costing requirements


• Provide timely reports to internal parties as required

Customer Service

• Provide timely reports and updates to customers on the production and delivery status


• Work with customers on projects towards improvement and customer satisfaction

Job Specification

• Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain / Electronics / Logistics or any other relevant fields of studies


• It will be an added advantage if you have experience in any of the following


• 1-2 years’ experience in Production Planning or Customer Service


• ERP system (Oracle/ SAP)


• Proficient in MSOffice (Excel, PPT and Word)


• Possess customer-oriented mindset


• Good analytical and problem-solving skills


• Good communication skills both verbal and written


• Effective organizational skills and able to take initiative, a ‘self-starter’ who is able to work with minimal supervision


• Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
