Zusammenfassung

FRONTKEN (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is seeking a Production Supervisor to plan and coordinate daily production processes, ensuring on-time delivery and efficient material flow. You will lead a team of operators and technicians, manage manpower deployment, and drive process improvements while maintaining safety and housekeeping standards.

The role requires a Diploma in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Industrial/Production Engineering with 1–2 years’ relevant experience, plus strong analytical and communication

Qualifikationen

• Diploma in Mechanical / Manufacturing / Industrial / Production Engineering or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of working experience in the related field.
• Experience in managing a team of production operators and technicians.
• Good analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast pace environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates.

Aufgaben

• Plan and coordinate production processes on daily basis to meet delivery schedule.
• Coordinate different sections within the operation department to ensure material availability for jobs and carry out cost control.
• Inform Production Manager to prevent the occurrence of any production shortfall with respect to the delivery schedule.
• Allocate and deploy manpower effectively for optimum productivity.
• Analysis and troubleshoot manufacturing issue and process improvement.
• Evaluate and recommend processes improvement.
• Conduct training for supervisor, technician and operator and ensure that all staffs adhere to safety rules.
• Manage good housekeeping practice of the workshop and premise.
• Prepare and update all assigned reports.
• Any other duties as assigned.
