Job summary

SMC Manufacturing (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced professional for Operations Management within our production environment. You will supervise day-to-day manufacturing activities, coordinate quality and safety standards, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize capacity and efficiency.

The role involves manpower planning, facilities maintenance, and collaboration across teams to meet production targets while maintaining cost and sustainability goals.

• Drive continual improvement and cycle time reduction.
• Troubleshoot facilities issues and assist setup/resume tasks.
