Job summary

PRIMA LIMITED in Singapore is seeking a Quality Assurance/Documentation Specialist to lead audits, maintain SOPs, and support production with documentation controls. You will manage customer and certification audits (SFA, HACCP, FSSC, 22000, ISO 9001 and Halal), investigate complaints, and help implement new processes.

Mandarin-speaking liaison is required. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma/Degree in Food & Biotech/Science/Engineering with at least two years in a food manufacturing environment

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Food and Bio Technology/Science/Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a food manufacturing environment.
• Solid knowledge of GMP, HACCP, ISO22000, and FSSC22000.
• Able to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Job Requirements:

• Able to liaise with Mandarin speaking stakeholders
