Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Quality Control Executive to join our team at the 3 Boon Lay area. The role focuses on ensuring compliance with food safety standards and support for ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, Halal and SFA documentation.

Working days are five per week from 9am to 6pm, with a workplace located at 3 Buroh Lane. Salary ranges from SGD 2,300 to SGD 2,800 monthly depending on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Able to work in a chilly environment (10°C–15°C).
• Preferably hold a Diploma in Food Science or Food Technology or equivalent.
• Preferably knowledgeable in local and international food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure food manufacturing processes comply with food safety standards, specs, and regulations.
• Assist in implementation and maintenance of ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, Halal and SFA documentation and standards.
• Conduct routine inspections of production processes to ensure regulatory compliance and perform in-process checks on products.
• Support regulatory inspections, customer audits and visits, and follow up with corrective actions and documentation.
• Report any non-conformance of products/processes and communicate findings to the Executive/Manager.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.

• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, Halal and SFA documentation and standards.
• Conduct routine inspections of production processesto ensure compliance with regulatory standardsand perform routine in-process checkson products.
• Supportregulatory inspection, customer audits and visitsandtofollow-up with corrective action and documents, when necessary.
• Responsible for reporting any non-conformance of products / process and timely reporting to the Executive / Manager.
• Other ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements:
