Job summary

SINCERE CULINARY DEVELOPMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced QA Executive to join our food production team in Singapore. You will manage HACCP, ISO 22000 / FSSC systems, conduct quality checks, audits, and inspections across production processes, and maintain rigorous documentation.

Applicants should have a diploma in Food Science or related field with at least 3 years of QA experience in food manufacturing or central kitchens. English and Chinese communication skills are essential.

• Minimum 3 years of QA experience in food manufacturing or central kitchen environment.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, ISO, Halal, and SFA compliance requirements.
• Able to read and communicate in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Perform QA checks, audits, and inspections across production processes.
• Maintain accurate documentation (CCP logs, traceability records, batch records).
• Ensure full compliance with SFA regulations, Halal requirements, and food safety standards.
• Investigate customer complaints and implement CAPA (Corrective & Preventive Actions).
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure consistent product quality.

• Able to read and communicate in English and Chinese
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
