Qualifications

• Degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Process Engineering.
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings, especially in Civil Construction.
• Knowledge of Industrial Automation machines is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, conceptualization, and innovative thinking skills with a proactive safety mindset.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure delivery of products in full and on time to meet customer requirements.
• Monitor and control operational costs to maintain cost-effectiveness and support lean operations.
