Description
  • Daily Operations & Production
    Support day-to-day commissary operations to ensure smooth workflow. Prepare, portion, and pack daily food products according to standard recipes and specifications. Follow production schedules and meet required output timelines. Operate kitchen and production equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Quality, Safety & Cleanliness
    Maintain high standards of quality, food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness at all times. Ensure all food items meet established quality control standards. Adhere to food safety procedures, including proper storage, labeling, and handling of ingredients. Comply with workplace safety guidelines and equipment handling protocols.
  • Equipment & Line Support
    Assist the Production Manager with troubleshooting issues and maintaining production lines. Perform basic equipment checks and report any malfunction or irregularities promptly. Assist in inventory management, stock rotation (FIFO), and receiving of goods when required
  • Documentation & Reporting
    Complete production logs, temperature records, and inventory forms as required. Report shortages, discrepancies, or quality issues to Supervisors/Managers.
  • Teamwork & Communication
    Work collaboratively with team members to maintain efficient operations. Communicate effectively with Supervisors, Managers, and other departments to ensure smooth coordination.
  • Other Responsibilities
    Support ad-hoc tasks or additional duties assigned by the Supervisor/Manager. Participate in periodic deep-cleaning, audits, or stock-taking activities.
