Job summary

ARDENTEC SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage production planning and customer service tasks in a fast-paced environment.

You will coordinate production schedules, liaise with customers and internal teams, and monitor delivery commitments to ensure customer satisfaction. The role requires a Diploma in Supply Chain / Electronics / Logistics, 1–2 years’ experience in Production Planning or Customer Service, and proficiency with Oracle/SAP ERP systems and MS

Qualifications

• Diploma in Supply Chain, Electronics, Logistics or related field.
• 1–2 years in Production Planning or Customer Service.
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle/SAP).
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Mandarin proficiency to communicate with Mandarin-speaking counterparts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production and delivery scheduling.
• Liaise with customers, production team and other departments on shipping target schedule.
• Evaluate test capacity, arrange and schedule production priority.
• Monitor production status to ensure delivery commitment as per sales order.
• Evaluate usage of consumable materials to prepare and support production requirements.
• Responsible for inventory control and cycle time.
• Follow up with Logistics team on inventory flow.
• Assist in ongoing projects to meet business goals, revenue and costing requirements.
• Provide timely reports to internal parties as required.
• Provide timely reports and updates to customers on production and delivery status.

Key Responsibilities

• Production and Delivery

Job Specification

• Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain / Electronics / Logistics or any other relevant fields of studies
• It will be an added advantage if you have experience in any of the following
• 1-2 years’ experience in Production Planning or Customer Service
• ERP system (Oracle/ SAP)
• Proficient in MSOffice (Excel, PPT and Word)
• Possess customer-oriented mindset
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills both verbal and written
• Effective organizational skills and able to take initiative, a ‘self-starter’ who is able to work with minimal supervision
