Job summary

Novem Healthcare Pte Ltd is seeking a Product Specialist/Sales professional to raise visibility of medical devices, surgical products, and pharmaceuticals in the Singapore territory. You will drive sales growth through existing accounts and new opportunities, while delivering timely product information to healthcare professionals and patients.

Your role requires strong English communication, a results-driven approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum education as stated: A level, diploma or degree holders.
• Experience in medical device, surgical or pharmaceutical sales preferred.
• Experience covering OBGYN and/or general surgical accounts preferred.
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and sales skills.
• Strong prospecting, organisational and time-management skills.
• Able to work independently with self-discipline and also a good team player.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
• Fluency in spoken and written English is essential.

Responsibilities

• Build, service and maintain existing accounts in the assigned territories to achieve sales targets by planning and organizing daily work schedule.
• Develop new sales opportunities and turn them into long term partnerships.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related sales results.
• Assess and present suitable promoted products information to healthcare professionals, hospitals and pharmacies.
• Maintain high level of customer satisfaction by providing timely product and service support.
• Coordinate and organise in-service demonstrations, talks and education programs for healthcare professionals.
• Respond to complaints and resolve issues aiming to customer contentment and preservation of the company's reputation.
• Stay current with industry developments by attending educational workshops and reviewing professional publications.
• Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, and new products.
• Analyze data and market conditions to recommend timely changes to promote market position.

About the role

The Product Specialist is responsible for increasing the visibility and awareness of Novem's diverse range of Medical Devices, Surgical products, and Pharmaceuticals to maximize sales growth and achieve/exceed targets in the assigned territories. Candidates with a preference or background in Medical Devices are encouraged to apply.
