Job summary

embecta Singapore is seeking a field-based Sales & Marketing professional to drive product sales, promote products, deliver clinical support information, and nurture relationships with key accounts and distributors in the assigned area.

You will develop and track marketing programs, gather market intelligence, submit monthly reports to the Business Manager, and represent the company at conventions and exhibitions while ensuring excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Medical/Nursing.
• Minimum 3 years sales and marketing experience in Medical Devices, pharmaceutical or related industry.
• Good command in English.
• Pleasant personality and customer oriented with good negotiation skills.
• Own transportation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-starter and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for achievement of product sales and promotion, providing marketing services and product information to customer.
• Ensure achievement and sustained growth of product in the assigned area.
• Promote products, provide clinical support information and service in the assigned geographical area.
• Develop, implement, and track marketing program in the area of assignment.
• Manage key accounts/Hospital through implementation of additional promotional programs in the assigned area.
• Establish and maintain good relationship with key influencers, opinion leaders and end-users to carry out functions.
• Build good relationships with distributors’ team to achieve sales and profit target.
• Carry out market survey and gather important information on our products and competitors.
• Prepare and submit monthly reports as required by the Business Manager.
• Represent the company in conventions and exhibitions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Provide customer interface for all product complaints via PIR system; ensure complaints are reported and investigation results communicated to distributors/customers.
