Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science.
• Minimum 5 years in Product Quality, Reliability, or Design Assurance.
• Experience in electronics manufacturing or software development.
• Strong knowledge of risk-based quality practices and RCFA/8D.
• ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 compliance experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead early-stage design reviews, code reviews, and spec evaluations to mitigate risks.
• Develop and execute NPI quality strategies using FMEA, DFSS, DfR, and APQP.
• Plan system-level accelerated reliability testing (HALT) and failure analysis.
• Identify data analytics, automation, and AI/ML use cases in quality workflows.
• Collaborate with global R&D, supply chain, and manufacturing teams for launches.
• Maintain QMS readiness for ISO 9001 and audits.
