Job summary

Standard Chartered Bank (Singapore) Limited is seeking a Product Owner for Client Self Administration within the Transaction Banking Digital Channels Solutions (DCS) team. You will partner with the Lead PO to shape the digital strategy, roadmaps, and delivery for post-onboarding journeys, enabling clients to manage users, entitlements, and configurations securely.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the strategic direction for Digital maintenance and Client Self-Administration journeys.
• Own the product vision and multi-year strategy for CSA client journeys across TB.
• Translate digital channels strategy into clear product outcomes for client experience and adoption.
• Influence stakeholders on scope, go-to-market plans and roadmap alignment.
• Deliver the product roadmap and maintain a healthy backlog with detailed user stories.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Technology and client service to launch products.
• Ensure omni-channel client requirements are captured and aligned with Open Banking priorities.
• Drive adoption of digital self-serve capabilities while managing risk and compliance.
