Job summary

Standard Chartered Bank is seeking a Product Owner for Client Self Administration within the Transaction Banking Digital Channels Solutions (DCS) team. You will define and execute the digital product strategy for post-onboarding servicing, enabling clients to manage users, entitlements, and configurations securely and in a compliant manner.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in digital product management or product ownership.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive strategic direction for Digital maintenance and CSA client journeys.
• Own and deliver the product roadmap for Client Self Administration (CSA).
• Participate in industry benchmarking to inform strategic planning.
• Ensure healthy product backlog and alignment with client needs.
