Job summary

Standard Chartered Bank is seeking a Product Owner for Client Self Administration within the Corporate & Investment Bank’s Digital Channels Solutions. You will lead the strategy and delivery for CSA journeys, enabling clients to manage users, entitlements and configurations securely and at scale.

You will work with product managers, designers, engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver a best-in-class digital experience across 50+ markets, driving adoption, CSAT and operational metrics.

Qualifications

Proven experience in digital product management within banking.
Strong understanding of client self-service journeys and digital channels.

Responsibilities

Define and drive the strategic direction for Digital maintenance and Client Self-Administration journeys.
Translate digital channels strategy into clear product outcomes and client adoption.
Drive a reusability strategy to leverage capabilities across multiple products.
Influence stakeholders on scope trade-offs, go-to-market plans and roadmap alignment.
Drive success metrics and value measures aligned to strategic objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end product delivery lifecycle.
