Job summary

Standard Chartered Bank is seeking a Product Owner in Singapore to lead mobile-first, gamified experiences across the client lifecycle. You will leverage Pega CDH and the broader MarTech stack to drive engagement, Net New Money, and wealth activation while ensuring regulatory alignment.

You will prioritise high-impact use cases, partner with cross-functional teams, and implement always-on decisioning and omnichannel personalisation to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience shaping mobile banking journeys and engagement.
• Digital product management and client lifecycle management experience.
• Experience delivering large-scale data or business transformation in regulated industries.
• Experience with predictive analytics and data-driven decisioning.
• Pega CDH and MarTech capabilities experience.

Responsibilities

• Create mobile-first gamified journeys to drive engagement and value creation.
• Set the client lifecycle roadmap focusing on affluent segment and wealth products.
• Develop segment-, behaviour-, and lifecycle-specific strategies using real-time decisioning in Pega CDH.
• Build omnichannel personalisation across channels to improve engagement and outcomes.
• Collaborate with Design, Data, Technology and Legal to deliver scalable solutions and measure KPIs.
• Ensure risk and regulatory requirements are integrated into delivery.
