Job summary

You will collaborate with technology, marketing, customer service, finance and external providers to ensure smooth delivery, enhance the customer experience and support business growth through hands-on product operations, business analysis, process improvement and cross-functional project management.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in product operations or related fields.
• Diploma or degree in business/IS/engineering/analytics.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into improvements.
• Strong project management and ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Experience documenting requirements and coordinating launches.
• Commercial awareness of pricing, margins and service costs.
• Clear written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Hands-on approach with ownership of outcomes.
