Job summary

YM GLOBAL TECHNOLOGIES SDN. BHD. is seeking a product-focused professional to help bring our software to users in Singapore. You will collaborate with product managers and designers to gather insights and drive delivery.

You will run agile ceremonies, track progress, test releases, and educate users post-launch while coordinating with engineering to fix issues. Strong communication and a practical mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have end-to-end product development experience.
• Ability to deliver products with limited resources.
• Strong documentation and technical writing skills.
• Detail-oriented with follow-through to closure.
• Ability to work independently under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Certifications like Scrum Master, Product Owner, BA are a plus.
• Related CS/PM degrees are a plus.
• Experience with Confluence, JIRA, Balsamiq is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive product success by bringing the product to users.
• Partner with product manager and designers to conduct user interviews.
• Run sprint plannings, scrums, and retrospectives with the product team.
• Track and manage development pace to ensure timely delivery.
• Conduct and support thorough system, user, and security tests pre-release.
• Run user education campaigns to drive product adoption post-release.
• Provide product support and work with product/engineering to fix bugs.
