Job summary

Assurity Trusted Solutions Pte Ltd’s Singpass team seeks a Product Operations Specialist to identify and solve operational problems, improve processes, and translate insights into better product outcomes. You will own workflow improvements, collaborate with product, engineering, design, policy, operations and external partners to drive scalable service delivery and measurable impact.

Qualifications

At least 2 years of experience in Product Operations or related field.
Experience in technology or digital product environments with multiple stakeholders.
Ability to independently manage projects from problem identification through implementation.
Experience improving processes, workflows or operational performance.
Experience working across functions and influencing stakeholders without formal authority.

Responsibilities

Identify operational requirements, dependencies and risks early in the product development lifecycle.
Support and drive operational readiness for new products and features, including support models, workflows, escalation paths, communications, training and rollout plans.
Ensure frontline and operational teams are prepared to support new products and product changes.
Monitor post-launch performance and translate operational learnings into product and process improvements.
Identify opportunities to simplify, automate or eliminate repetitive operational work through workflow automation, AI and other digital tools.
