Job summary

ST Engineering Advanced Networks & Sensors is seeking a product leader to own end-to-end product delivery, shaping strategy and user experience. You will define roadmaps, write clear user stories with acceptance criteria, and collaborate across partners to execute plans that grow adoption and revenue.

Qualifications

• Defined go-to-market strategies, measurement frameworks, product strategy, story mapping and writing user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Facilitated backlog refinement and sprint planning with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Agile, Cloud, Design Thinking, and product-centric development approaches.
• Exposure to enterprise software products, SaaS, or AI-driven platforms.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth competitive analysis to identify product gaps, opportunities, and strategic advantages.
• Define go-to-market strategies, measurement frameworks, Product strategy, Story Mapping and writing user stories with clear acceptance criteria, facilitate backlog refinement and sprint planning.
• Work with relevant partners to execute the plan.
• Facilitate workshops, demos, and stakeholder alignment.
• Drive user adoption and growth through increased engagement, expanding feature types and higher usage.
• Participate in public-speaking engagements to raise product awareness and gain more users.
• Develop understanding of product P&L and identify opportunities to drive revenue, profitability, and cost optimization.
