Job summary

Maneuver Marketing is seeking a Technical Product Operations Specialist based in Singapore to act as the technical backbone of Product Operations. You will own production quality oversight, troubleshooting, product testing, and stability management, with US ingredient and regulatory requirements as a key skillset.

You will work as the sole technical voice in a commercially-led team, managing quality through CMOs rather than an owned plant, with US time-zone coordination and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Scientific/technical background in food science, chemistry, nutrition, pharma/biotech, or related field.
• Experience setting production quality standards and managing quality through CMOs/CDMOs — batch records, CAPA, release.
• Ability to interpret stability data and QC results and apply them to releases.

Responsibilities

• Own quality oversight and production troubleshooting with CMO partners.
• Verify products and run stability testing from protocol review to launch sign-off.
• Generate claims evidence from literature, clinical studies, CRO/IRB where applicable.
• Carry US ingredient and regulatory requirements (NDI/GRAS/ODI, permitted ingredients, labeling).
• Support the wider team with supplier qualification, batch-release readiness, and credible technical answers.
