• Minimum 2 years dedicated experience in tourism / travel operations.
• Deep knowledge of travel products, booking systems, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong track record in process design, team leadership and cross-department coordination.
• Highly organized, meticulous under pressure, and able to decide quickly in dynamic environments.
• Proficient in travel management software; familiarity with reservation systems is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluency in English is required.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, implement, and optimise tourism operational workflows including itinerary execution, booking management, ground handling, and supplier liaison.
• Lead, train, and guide the operations team; set standards and monitor performance against SLAs.
• Manage relationships with hotels, airlines, transport providers, tour guides, and overseas partners; negotiate terms and resolve discrepancies.
• Oversee end-to-end trip logistics from pre-departure to post-trip follow-up, ensuring safety, punctuality, and guest satisfaction.
• Develop and update SOPs, risk management protocols, and contingency plans for business resilience.
• Analyse operational data to identify bottlenecks and implement improvements to boost efficiency and reduce costs.
• Coordinate with sales, product, and customer service to align capabilities with client expectations.
• Respond to urgent on-ground incidents and client enquiries with speed and professionalism.
