TikTok Safety & Product team in Singapore seeks a graduate to help shape safety for TikTok LIVE, analyze content violations, fraud, and risky behaviors, and contribute to end-to-end risk control strategies.

You will translate safety requirements into product logic, support machine-based interception and human review, monitor key safety metrics, and collaborate with global teams to deliver compliant, localized live-safety solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Interest in AI, LLMs and multimodal tech.
• Strong product thinking and cross-functional collaboration.
• Data acumen with basic analysis skills.
• Familiarity with data tools is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Participate in safety strategy and live product work for TikTok LIVE; analyze violations and risks.
• Translate safety requirements into clear product logic and system solutions.
• Develop and monitor core safety metrics; drive improvements via data analysis and A/B testing.
• Collaborate with global operations, legal, communications, algorithms, and engineering teams.
• Monitor local compliance and localization needs across regions.
• Stay updated on AI/multimodal tech for live safety applications.
