Job summary

PEOPLE PROFILERS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Product Manager to support the Formulated Solutions business in Singapore.

You will manage FS product lines, collaborate with commercial and technical teams, and translate customer needs into product, pricing, pipeline, and roadmap actions. You will drive revenue growth, contribute to pricing discipline, and lead NPI activities from qualification to adoption in partnership with sales, R&D, and TPM teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, materials science, engineering, business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in semiconductor materials, CMP, wet chemistry, product management, applications, business development, or related role.
• Experience working with semiconductor customers and translating customer needs into business and product actions.
• Strong business acumen in pricing, margin, forecasting, pipeline management, and cross-functional execution.
• Strong communication skills; experience with NPI or customer qualifications is preferred.

Responsibilities
