Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, or a related field.
• 5+ years minimum hands-on experience in semiconductor.
• CMP experience is a must.
• Strong technical knowledge of CMP polishing.
• Experience engaging with customers and managing technical discussions.

This role is pivotal in bridging customer requirements with internal R&D capabilities, ensuring technical solutions are successfully developed, evaluated, and adopted. **Reports to:** SeniorManager, Fab Technology Engineering **Key Responsibilities** **Business Opportunity** * Identify and pursue new opportunities in the CMP polishing market.* Support strategic initiatives like conducting Technical Engagement Meeting (TEM) to expand Company’s technical presence in Southeast Asia. **Customer Engagement** * Build strong relationships with customers to understand technical and operational needs.* Present tailored solutions and proposals that demonstrate clear value. **Internal Collaboration** * Work closely with R&D/MSE and Business Unit to translate customer requirements into optimized solutions.* Provide feedback from customer evaluations to guide product improvements. **Technical Proposal & Qualification** * Prepare and deliver comprehensive technical proposals.* Facilitate and support customer onsite product evaluations and qualifications, ensuring successful integration into customer processes. **Requisite Criteria & Skills** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, or a related field.
