Job summary

Oneness Holdings in Singapore is seeking a Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of ZingKey’s HR SaaS products, translating business and customer requirements into actionable features. You will collaborate with customers, Sales, and Implementation teams to map HR processes, create PRDs and process flows, and work with UI/UX, Development, and QA through the full development cycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS/Business or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in SaaS/ERP/HRMS or enterprise software.
• Experience with HR systems in Singapore market.
• Strong ability to prepare PRDs and process flows.
• Good communication and cross-functional coordination.

• Support the development of HR modules including Payroll, Attendance, Leave, Shift, Benefits, and Onboarding.
• Review customer feedback, market developments, and competitor products to identify areas for improvement.
• Participate in product roadmap, release planning, and feature prioritisation.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in SaaS, ERP, HRMS, or enterprise software products.
• Experience with HR systems in the Singapore market is required.
• Strong understanding of requirement analysis, business processes, and system workflows.
• Ability to independently prepare PRDs, process flows, and product prototypes.
• Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work across business and technical teams.

Added Advantage

• Experience with HRMS, HCM, Payroll, or ERP products.
• Familiarity with Singapore HR, Payroll, CPF, Leave, and Attendance processes.
• Experience with B2B SaaS, multi-tenant systems, or complex enterprise software.
• Previous experience in Implementation, Business Analysis, or Enterprise Software Consulting.
