Job summary

CAPPS SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a role to bridge HR regulatory knowledge with product management for PayAdvisorMobile®. You will consult, train and support clients while helping evolve the HRMS platform with input from users and stakeholders.

You will execute software testing, engage stakeholders for feedback, and assist marketing and business development with demos and campaigns to showcase new features.

Job Description

• Grow in HR regulatory and operational knowledge to assist in product-managing PayAdvisorMobile®.
• Provide consulting, training and application support to clients.
• Execute software testing procedures to guarantee high-quality product releases.
• Engage relevant stakeholders for feedback with a strategic focus on enhancing the company's product offerings, particularly PayAdvisorMobile®
• Provide support to business development team in the HR subject matter consulting with product demonstrations whenever required.
• Provide support to marketing team in outreach initiatives for new product features via email campaigns, social media marketing and online masterclasses.

Job Requirements

• Subject Matter / Domain Knowledge – Have adequate knowledge and experience in HR rules and regulations for the Singapore context.
• Tech-savvy – A digital native who is comfortable with navigating and using web-based systems and mobile apps.
• Good Communicator – Able to communicate (spoken and written) confidently, explain things clearly and negotiate for win-win outcomes.
• Good Presenter – Able to present concepts, ideas, processes and regulations clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
• Organized & Proactive – Takes initiative, stays on top of tasks, and meets deadlines.
• Team Player – Works and teams well with all levels of stakeholders.
• Analytical – Able to suggest solutions to issues encountered and improvements to product based on feedback received.

• Support & Training - Experience in software support and training.
• Account Management - Some experience in client/account management will be an advantage.
• Sales Support - Some experience in sales support and marketing will be an advantage.
• Qualifications / Certifications - HR qualifications is an advantage.
