Job summary

Government Technology Agency (GovTech) is hiring a Product Manager to lead the lifecycle of one or more digital products. You will shape roadmaps aligned to agency goals, work with UX and engineering teams to research, conceptualise features, and ensure timely delivery.

Your role includes defining metrics, analysing data, and guiding product adoption across the ecosystem. You will collaborate with stakeholders, manage backlogs, and contribute to a high-impact public-sector digital transformation

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of product management experience with a track record of launching and scaling digital products.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies, CI/CD, and modern Internet technologies.
• Experience with stakeholder management and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage product roadmaps across lifecycle stages.
• Conduct market research to uncover demand and conceptualise features.
• Record user journeys and craft content voice with UX teams.
• Lead go-to-market, adoption, and usage strategies to deliver value to partners.
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure on-time releases within budget.
