Job summary

GovTech is seeking a Product Manager to drive discovery, development, and adoption of products and platforms that support agencies’ IT teams in delivery, quality, and security. You will uncover pain points, translate insights into actionable requirements, and influence the product roadmap within GovTech’s Digital Transformation group.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management with strong end-to-end delivery track record.
• Experience in agile environments and cross-functional leadership.
• Experience engaging with senior leadership and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Conduct discovery with agency IT teams to uncover bottlenecks in application delivery.
• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with priorities.
• Build business cases and track metrics to measure impact across agencies.
• Lead user research and facilitate workshops; translate insights into requirements and acceptance criteria.
