Job summary

GovTech is seeking a Product Manager to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of digital products, shaping strategies and roadmaps in line with public sector goals. You will collaborate with engineering, design, and operations to deliver user-centric solutions, guided by data and research.

You will drive discovery, define success metrics, and ensure timely delivery of releases while navigating complex stakeholder environments across the agency.

Qualifications

• Passion for building impactful digital products.
• 3+ years of product management experience delivering measurable outcomes.
• Technical fluency in Agile methodologies, CI/CD, cloud-native architectures, RESTful APIs, and OAuth 2.0.
• Experience in rapid prototyping and AI-enabled development.
• Knowledge of digital ecosystem concepts (identity, data privacy, platforms).
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and complexity.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional teams.
• Domain expertise in welfare campaigns or public sector programs preferred.
