Job Description

• Product Strategy & Vision: Define and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for key B2B industrial applications within the company, aligning with overall business objectives and market needs.
• Product Lifecycle Management: Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation and concept validation through development, launch, adoption, and continuous iteration.
• Requirements Definition: Translate complex industrial operational needs and business requirements into detailed, clear, and actionable product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure successful product development and go-to-market strategies.
• Technical Acumen: Collaborate effectively with engineering teams on technical feasibility, architecture discussions, and solution design for digital solutions combining software and hardware.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize data analytics and performance metrics to monitor product health, identify areas for improvement, and inform future product decisions.
• Stakeholder Communication: Articulate product value, progress, and challenges to internal and external stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and managing expectations.
• Problem Solving: Demonstrate strong logical thinking to break down and illustrate complex industrial features and system interactions into manageable components.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in B2B industry application product management, with a proven track record of shipping successful products.
• Deep understanding of product management frameworks and best practices.
• Demonstrated experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Proven experience in developing digital solutions that combine software and hardware components, ideally in an industrial or enterprise setting.
• Fundamental understanding of web applications, cloud technologies and IoT solutions.
• Proficiency with UI prototyping and design tools such as Axure, Figma, or similar.
• Strong logical thinking capabilities and an ability to effectively illustrate and communicate complex features and system designs.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential for international exposure and strong communication skills with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
