Job summary

Wecruit Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a technically skilled professional to deepen knowledge of water quality instruments and provide support to distributors and internal teams. You will perform hands-on product testing, troubleshoot, test evaluations and manage warranty claims with RGA processing.

You will collaborate with design, sales and marketing to create application notes, training materials and webinars while staying current with industry trends and product launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering, preferably with Chemistry or Environmental Science background.
• 2 years of laboratory testing experience, preferably with electrochemistry products such as meters and electrodes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel and learn new technologies and applications.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop in-depth knowledge of water quality instruments and their applications.
• Provide technical support and product guidance to distributors and internal teams.
• Conduct hands‑on product testing, troubleshooting and technical evaluations.
• Process warranty claims, issue Return Goods Authorization (RGA) numbers and monitor shipments of warranty replacement products.
• Collaborate with the Graphic Designer to develop application notes, technical tips, videos, flyers, manuals, posters and brochures.
• Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to provide product expertise and technical support.
• Conduct product training, seminars and workshops for distributors and customers.
• Support the development and maintenance of product documentation, including user manuals, training materials, presentation slides and FAQs.
• Plan and coordinate webinars, distributor seminars and product launches.
• Prepare and distribute product newsletters.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technological developments and market advancements through exhibitions and industry events.
