Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a technically proficient professional to become a key point of contact for water quality instruments. The role focuses on hands-on testing, troubleshooting and supporting distributors and internal teams with product guidance and documentation.

You will conduct training sessions, develop application notes, newsletters and webinars while staying current with industry trends and new applications. Travel to events may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Science or Engineering, preferably with a background in Chemistry or Environmental Science.
• At least 2 years of laboratory testing experience, preferably with electrochemistry products such as meters and electrodes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel and learn new technologies and applications.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop in-depth knowledge of water quality instruments and their applications.
• Provide technical support and product guidance to distributors and internal teams.
• Conduct hands‑on product testing, troubleshooting and technical evaluations.
• Process warranty claims, issue Return Goods Authorization (RGA) numbers and monitor shipments of warranty replacement products.
• Collaborate with the Graphic Designer to develop application notes, technical tips, videos, flyers, manuals, posters and brochures.
• Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to provide product expertise and technical support.
• Conduct product training, seminars and workshops for distributors and customers.
• Support the development and maintenance of product documentation, including user manuals, training materials, presentation slides and FAQs.
• Plan and coordinate webinars, distributor seminars and product launches.
• Prepare and distribute product newsletters.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technological developments and market advancements through exhibitions and industry events.
