Job summary

Recruit Expert Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Product Engineer (Technical Instruments) to build and maintain knowledge of instrument functions and applications. You will respond to technical inquiries from distributors, customers, and colleagues, and perform product evaluations and diagnostic testing to resolve issues.

Additionally, you will manage warranty cases, coordinating claims and replacement deliveries. Willingness to travel for customer visits and industry events is required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Chemistry or equivalent is required.
• At least 2 years of practical laboratory testing experience.
• Strong analytical thinking and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Willing to travel when required and participate in customer visits and industry events.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain comprehensive product knowledge including instrument functions, operating procedures and practical applications.
• Respond to technical inquiries from distributors, customers and colleagues with guidance and solutions.
• Perform product evaluations, operational checks and diagnostic testing to identify and resolve technical concerns.
• Manage product warranty cases including claim assessment, return authorization documentation and coordination of replacement deliveries.
