Job summary

QUESS SELECTION & SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking an Electrical/Electronics Engineer to support testing, validation and development of electrical components for hardware systems in Singapore. The role focuses on hands-on circuit work, test planning and collaboration with engineering teams.

You will analyze components, run validation, use oscilloscopes and soldering tools, document results and propose design improvements, with a strong emphasis on reliability and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering or a related field.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in electrical/electronics engineering, hardware testing or component validation.
• Good knowledge of electronic components, circuits and their operating principles.
• Hands‑on experience with electrical/electronics testing equipment, such as oscilloscopes and soldering equipment.
• Understanding of component testing, functional validation and reliability assessment.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and the relevant local language.
• Ability to work independently with moderate supervision and collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities
