Job summary

WHITE HORSE LABORATORIES SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an Electronics Test Technician to support testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of electronic components and test equipment.

You will perform electrical tests, troubleshoot boards, operate essential test gear, and help maintain calibration and ESD and QMS compliance. The role requires collaboration with engineering and a detail-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Diploma, ITE, or equivalent qualification in Electronics Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in electronics testing or troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of ESD control and quality systems.
• Good understanding of electronic components and basic electronic circuits.
• Experience using oscilloscopes, power supplies, multimeters, and other electronic test equipment.
• Able to read electronic schematics and datasheets.
• Good communication skills and able to work independently as well as in a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical testing on electronic components and assemblies.
• Troubleshoot and debug electronic components and test fixtures.
• Operate and maintain test equipment, including: DC Power Supply, Oscilloscope, Digital Multimeter (DMM), Electronic Load, Function Generator.
• Perform preventive maintenance and calibration checks on test equipment.
• Follow ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) control procedures and ANSI/ESD S20.20 requirements.
• Follow Quality Management System (QMS), work instructions, and test procedures.
• Record test results accurately and prepare test reports.
• Analyze failures and support root cause investigations.
• Maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment.
• Support engineering in developing and improving test methods.
