Job summary

SILITH TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. is seeking an Electronics Engineer to design, develop, test, and troubleshoot electronic hardware systems across analog, digital, and mixed-signal domains in Singapore.

You will create schematics with Altium Designer or KiCad, support PCB layout, perform hardware validation, and collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams to deliver production-ready solutions while documenting specifications and test procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering.
• Experience in circuit design, PCB development, or hardware validation preferred.
• Strong understanding of analog and digital electronics fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience with debugging and electronics laboratory equipment.
• Knowledge of EMC, reliability testing, or embedded systems is a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, simulate, and debug analog and digital circuits.
• Create schematics using ECAD tools such as Altium Designer, KiCad, or equivalent.
• Support PCB layout, component selection, prototyping, and DFM reviews.
• Conduct hardware testing, troubleshooting, and failure analysis using oscilloscopes, multimeters, and logic analyzers.
• Develop test procedures and ensure compliance with EMC/EMI and safety standards.
• Work with suppliers on component evaluation and technical issue resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on hardware integration and production support.
• Prepare engineering documentation including specifications, test procedures, and reports.
