Job summary

Singapore Airlines Limited is seeking a seasoned HR IT Project Lead to drive digital transformation within the HR Technology Department. You will manage projects that simplify and automate HR processes, enhancing the employee experience while supporting HR IT systems operations and change requests.

Key responsibilities include delivering HR IT initiatives on time and within budget using agile methods, evaluating CRs, and coordinating yearly system activities across the SIA group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
• 3+ years in IT-related roles.
• SAP SuccessFactors implementation experience is a plus.
• Strong numerical, analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Meticulous with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage HR IT projects using agile methods, delivering on time and within scope and budget.
• Evaluate and implement Change Requests based on user requirements.
• Ensure procedures and controls from IT, IA, and InfoSec are followed.
• Address queries and issues related to HR Systems & Processes.
• Identify system enhancements to improve performance and usability.

Job Description

The successful candidate will join the HR Technology Department within the SIA Human Resources Division. You will lead and manage projects that drive the continuous simplification and automation of HR processes for employees and HR teams, with the aim of enhancing the overall employee experience. You should possess strong critical thinking, digital user experience design, and process design skills. You will also be responsible for supporting the smooth operations of HR IT systems, including handling day-to-day operational issues and managing change requests for system enhancements. Example of ongoing includes implementing SuccessFactors to replace the existing SAP HR, re-platform of staff travel, Gen-AI, RPA, chatbot, smart search, etc.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and ensure that the HR IT projects that are assigned are delivered on time and within project budget and scope, using the agile methodology.
• Ensure all Change Requests (CRs) that are assigned are evaluated and implemented in accordance to users’ requirements.
• Disseminate and ensure that the procedures and controls introduced by IT, Internal Audit (IA) and Information Security (InfoSec) are adhered to.
• Address all queries and issues raised by users that are within HR Systems & Processes’ purview.
• Identify and implement system enhancements to improve performance and usability.
• Plan and coordinate yearly system activities across SIA group in preparation of work schedules ahead.
• Be proactive in keeping abreast in HR related technology and trend and part take in industry networking.

Requirements

• Possess a University Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Information Technology
• At least 3 years of working experience in IT related fields
• SAP Successfactors implementation experience will be an added advantage
• Strong numerical, analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Meticulous, good interpersonal skills and effective communications skills
• Strong leadership skills
