SIA Engineering Company in Singapore seeks an IT Officer within the Finance Division to ensure projects align with company-wide continuous improvement initiatives and the Finance Division roadmap. You'll install and support laptops, printers and IT equipment, manage user accounts, onboarding/offboarding, and coordinate digitalisation efforts including report automation and RPA.

• Prior experience in system design and analysis is advantageous.
• Background in Agile or Scrum Master practices and stakeholder management is preferred.
• Good knowledge of SAP products is beneficial.
• Strong communication, problem solving and project management skills.
• Able to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced, high-volume or ambiguous environment.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the liaison between IT departments and business divisions.
• Support IT-related administrative tasks, including user account management and onboarding/offboarding.
• Regularly review user access and controls.
• Initiate and monitor IT-driven continuous improvement projects aligned with the Finance Division roadmap.
• Coordinate digitalisation projects with process and report automation (RPA).
• Engage finance stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into specifications.
• Undertake ad-hoc projects as assigned by management.

Job Description

Reporting to Projects & Continuous Improvement Manager, the Officer plays an integral role in Finance Division in ensuring projects align with company-wide continuous improvement initiatives and Finance Division roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for hardware and software setup assisting with installation / deployment of laptops, printers and other IT equipment including resolving issues encountered by users.
• Point of contact between IT Departments of the company and the Business Divisions
• Responsible for supporting and co-ordinating IT-related administrative matters of the Division, including but not limited to:
  • User Account Management:
    • Manage user accounts, permissions and access rights in various systems and applications
    • Ensure Staff on-boarding and offboarding processes are executed efficiently
  • Regular reviews on user access and controls
  • Annual DR Exercises
• Initiate, support and monitor systems and continuous improvement projects for the Division and ensure it aligns with company-wide continuous improvement initiatives and Finance Division roadmap
• Coordinate digitalisation projects through process simplification, introduce concepts like report automation, process automation like RPA
• Engage key finance business stakeholders, gather requirements and translate them into tender or user requirements specifications
• Undertake any other ad-hoc projects or tasks as assigned by management

Requirements

• Information Technology (IT) or related Diploma or Degree and with at least 2 years of relevant experience
• Applicant with prior experience in system design and analysis knowledge will be an added advantage
• Prefer to have background in Agile or Scrum Master practices and stakeholder management experience
• Good to have working experience in SAP products
• Good communications, problem solving and project management skills
• Good team player, self-motivated with positive working attitude
• Able to multi-task and prioritize in a fast paced and high-volume environment or ambiguous situations
