Job summary

Tap Growth ai seeks a detail-oriented Senior Accounts Executive to join our Procurement team in Singapore. You will raise PRs/POs for monthly needs and support supplier management and financial reporting.

Based in Singapore with work from office mode, the role requires 1–3 years in procurement, strong organization, and attention to detail. You will liaise with vendors, coordinate internal requirements, and ensure timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 1–3 years’ experience in procurement, administrative support, or operational purchasing.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with raising PRs/POs and basic procurement procedures.

Responsibilities

• Raise PRs and POs for monthly operational needs.
• Support procurement for new centre setups and timely delivery.
• Handle ad-hoc procurement requests or projects.
• Coordinate with internal teams to confirm requirements.
• Liaise with vendors for quotations, orders, deliveries and invoices.
• Monitor requests, approvals, and deliveries to prevent delays.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with policies and regulations.
• Prepare procurement reports highlighting PO splits and vendor performance.
• Maintain accurate procurement records like quotations and tender documents.
