Job summary

SHARE RESOURCES PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a Procurement Executive (Quotation & Tendering) to work with departments in developing procurement strategies and managing quotation and tendering processes. The role requires familiarity with public sector procurement and relevant systems.

Responsibilities include monitoring procurement progress, providing sourcing and contract management advice, and coordinating audits to ensure governance.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant procurement experience.
• Experience in public sector procurement and contract administration is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Government Instructions, procurement policies and procedures preferred.
• GeBIZ, TenderBoard, Sesami and SAP Ariba familiarity encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with departments to develop procurement strategies to support operations.
• Prepare quotation and tender documents and manage the quotation and tendering process using GeBIZ or internal systems.
• Monitor progress of procurement activities to ensure timeliness of procurement and contract implementation.
• Provide support and professional advice to departments for sourcing, contract management and spend analysis.
• Capture lessons for case studies including good practices and irregularities.
• Maintain surveillance on market trends and costs and their applications to departments.
• Identify appropriate contracts for aggregation and establish them.
• Develop procurement plans, monitor and manage contract performance, administration and renewal.
• Coordinate procurement audits as required to ensure good governance.
• Other ad-hoc initiatives and projects may be assigned.
