Job summary

Yellow Ribbon Industries Pte. Ltd. is seeking a seasoned procurement professional to independently manage end-to-end sourcing and tender exercises, from planning through contract award, in alignment with governance requirements.

You will prepare ITQ/ITT documents, facilitate tender evaluations, and draft clear award papers for management consideration, coordinating with business users and approving authorities to ensure compliant, timely outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of relevant procurement experience in a regulated environment.
• Experience drafting ITQ/ITT/RFP documents and award papers.
• Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end procurement with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of governance, audit requirements and procurement controls.
• Familiarity with ERP or e-procurement systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Advise on procurement approach, strategy and timelines.
• Conduct tendering and sourcing activities per procedures.
• Prepare procurement packages with terms, specs and evaluation criteria.
• Coordinate publications, site visits and clarifications.
• Draft evaluation reports and award recommendations for management.
