Job summary

Private Advertiser in Singapore (Changi area) is seeking a Purchasing Officer to manage end-to-end procurement processes, issue POs, source suppliers, and track orders.

The ideal candidate holds a diploma in Administrative Management, has at least 1 year in purchasing, and possesses strong communication and negotiation skills. Working hours are Mon-Fri 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, salary 3,000–3,500 SGD per month. Local candidates preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Administrative Management or related field.
• At least 1 year of purchasing office experience.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Issue Purchase Orders and Purchase Requisitions.
• Source and identify potential suppliers.
• Compare and evaluate suppliers’ quotations.
• Negotiate pricing, credit terms, quotations, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Enter order details into the internal database.
• Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information, and invoices.
• Coordinate with store staff to monitor stock levels and ensure proper storage.
• Perform other purchasing-related duties as assigned.
