Job summary

CHJ SINGAPORE PTE LTD is seeking a proactive Procurement Specialist to manage end-to-end procurement, from identifying suppliers to negotiating contracts.

You will maintain supplier relationships, ensure timely delivery, and drive cost reductions while adhering to company policies.

A Diploma holder with strong negotiation and analytical skills is preferred; immediate start is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement processes, from identifying suppliers to negotiating contracts.
• Maintain relationships with existing suppliers and develop new supplier partnerships.
• Ensure the timely delivery of products and services, while minimizing costs.
• Monitor market trends and perform cost analyses to ensure optimal purchasing decisions.
• Prepare and review procurement documentation, including purchase orders and contracts.
• Work closely with internal teams to understand their needs and find the best solutions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
• Any other duties that may be assigned.
