Job summary

SPANNERS INTERNATIONAL PTE LTD is seeking a Purchasing Officer in the Changi area to manage end-to-end procurement activities. You will issue POs, source suppliers, evaluate quotations, and negotiate terms while tracking orders and maintaining accurate records.

The role requires a Diploma in Administrative Management or related field and at least 1 year of experience. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Administrative Management or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Purchasing Officer or in a related role.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Issue Purchase Orders and Purchase Requisitions.
• Source and identify potential suppliers.
• Compare and evaluate suppliers’ quotations.
• Negotiate pricing, credit terms, quotations, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Enter order details into the internal database.
• Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information, and invoices.
• Coordinate with store staff to monitor stock levels and ensure proper storage.
• Perform other purchasing-related duties as assigned.
